Temporarily logging on for the first time in months to ask for votes on a paragraph I wrote. No signing up or anything. It’ll take five seconds. Sorry.

To update you so that you have some information about what’s going on:

I was accepted to go to my first choice college so that I can major in Media Arts. Film making has become a major part in my life, and I’d like to continue to do that. Paying for college, however, is becoming a scary thing to think about.

This essay was written about how I could impact others with my education. Tumblr, you know how simple videos and movies can bring a great impact. I want to do that someday. I know the power that Tumblr has for making things viral; I am aware of it, but I know that it probably won’t happen to me. I would need more than 7000 votes on this, and that’s just as of today. I don’t have that many Facebook friends. 

Please, please help me. I know that I haven’t been here for a while and perhaps this is annoying you, and I’m sorry. If you help me out, I would be so grateful.

My mom was amused at the comments in this video. She said, “These people are guessing what DFTBA stands for, and it’s funny because they don’t know. Like, ‘Darling, fetch the battle ax.’”

My sister and I started laughing, and then we burst into song.

My mom now understands that “Darling, fetch the battle ax” is actually further evidence that the commentor is a nerdfighter.

Great! My friend said that I’ll look back on it in twenty years and laugh, and so will other people. I was hesitant to use it, but I was out of time and wrote it down anyway.

So for some reason I didn’t get the packet with information about senior pictures, so today I found out we could have a senior quote.

Now, because I found this out today, and the paper was due today, I had about a half hour to look up a quote.

I’d go to Tumblr, but it’s blocked at school. So I just looked up John Green quotes.

I found one that I hadn’t seen before, but I showed it to a few friends and one said it’s going to be the best in the whole yearbook.

Sometimes I get ‘readers-block’, like I can’t read anything so save my life, I’ll start 10 books and stop each after seven pages because all I’ll want is to already have read that book and not actually read it and I won’t be able to focus at all and it pains me so much.

There was a time when I was just learning how to use Tumblr and I was shown Missing e and I thought it was a secret part of Tumblr that the creators came up with as like a secret bonus kind of like getting an extra award or achievement in a video game because the little e. is up there with all the other buttons so when the box came up that explained how totally jealous the creators were of Missing e could “potentially be a hazard” I was confused because I didn’t understand why Tumblr wanted to take away my rightfully unlocked bonus.

My science teacher told us to work on our online homework, and because he can’t be everywhere at once, we had to try to ask other people for help.

“Now, try to ask your peers. Don’t think you can’t talk to them because they are losers. News flash, you’re all losers because you’re in AP Physics.”

I don’t really care for politics, and am not enthusiastic about either candidate. Make fun of Romney if you want, it doesn’t matter to me.
But if you start tearing at Latter-day Saints because he happens to be Mormon, then yes I’m going to get a bit irked. You’re poking fun of something that I find sacred. Laughing at something you might not fully understand. Mocking something that I truly believe in and love.

I’m not trying to convert you, I just ask for a little respect, please.
